Terms and Conditions - 3 Month Movie Card
1. This Movie Card offers the user to 2 free movie tickets every month for 3 consecutive months at participating cinemas from Monday to Sunday (Monday to Friday all shows, Saturday & Sunday shows before 11:30 AM)
2. This movie card is not transferable, sellable, or encashable.
3. Each movie cardholder is entitled to 6 tickets, of which a maximum of 2 tickets can be booked per month for 3 consecutive months.
4. Each user is eligible to avail a maximum of two (2) tickets per month for 3 consecutive months under this offer. The offer cannot be availed as two separate single-ticket redemptions. All redemptions must comply with the stated ticket limit and structure during the offer period.
5. If during any month the quota is not utilized, the unused amount cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited.
6. The holder of this card is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.
7. Only registered movie cards with a Unique Registration Number will be valid for processing booking requests.
8. Failure to activate this movie card on within 15 days of receipt will render the movie card invalid and unusable. In such a case this movie card will not be revalidated or extended under any circumstances.
9. This movie card will require at least two movies, date & theatre options to process a booking request.
10. A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
11. In case of non-availability, we will provide you with an alternative slot or venue.
12. Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. If you do not show at the venue, your voucher will be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used.
13. To avail the offer, flash the SMS (M – Ticket) or Printout (E-Ticket) and redeem the offer.
14. The voucher is valid for best available silver class seats and not valid for special screenings, paid preview, premier and gold class seats.
15. Walk-in customers without a prior booking will not be entertained at the venue.
16. Offer excludes Public Holidays and Bank Holidays. Redemption of the ticket is subject to the availability of seats.
17. Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required. The cinema manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules apply. The holder of this offer is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.
18. This offer is applicable only on 2D movies and excludes 3D movies, IMAX and other special screenings
19. The list of participating venues remains subject to change.
20. If Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. has already emailed or sent by SMS, an entrant’s Movie ticket voucher code to the email address submitted on entry, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will not re-send the Movie ticket voucher code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the entrant. 

Terms & Conditions for Sunday Brunch For 2
1. This offer entitles you to One Free Sunday Brunch for 2 pax at participating restaurants in select cities of India.
2. To avail of the offer, please present the booking confirmation on e-voucher and SMS confirmation on at the venue prior to making the order or on arrival.
3. The offer is valid across a select range of Sunday Brunch buffet/set menu selections at select restaurants. Each venue may have a separate selection that falls under this offer. The customer is advised to call the restaurant in advance and check for details prior to usage.
4. This is an offer for up to a maximum of two people only and applicable only on the Sunday Brunch buffet/set menu. Side dishes and extras are not included.
5. A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
6. Any additional courses, or beverages ordered must be paid in extra actual by the customers on clearing the bill at the restaurant.
7. This offer cannot be availed in conjunction with any other special offer.
8. The list of participating restaurants remains subject to change.
9. The voucher can be used only once per venue, per day over the validity period. Multiple vouchers cannot be clubbed together.
10. Beverages and other items ordered that do not form part of this offer will be charged at actual.
11. Offer valid only for dine-in customers and not valid on home delivery.
12. Participating venues are all contracted to participate in the offer and reserve the right to vary times and offer availability (e.g., Public Holidays).
13. Some participating venues have restricted timings on the availability of the offer

Terms and Conditions for Day Out For 2
1. This voucher entitles the end-user for a Couple’s Day Out (this includes 2 pax/adults) from Monday to Sunday at a selected resort across selected cities in India.
2. A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking. The customer will be required to select at least 2 dates and 2 venues within 15 days gap between both dates.
3. Venue blackout dates apply.
4. Offer includes: Welcome Drink, Lunch Buffet / Set Menu for 2 Adults only & Evening Snacks
5. In addition, the voucher holder will also receive 1 complimentary pre-defined activity available at the venue for 2 adults.
6. The voucher holder is required to carry the government-issued ID Proof clearly mentioning their name and Date of Birth at the venues on arrival.
7. Any equipment, apparel required to participate in the free activities are to be brought by the customer. The resorts will not provide the equipment or apparel required to experience the complimentary activity.
8. The complimentary activity offered may vary from venue to venue. You will be informed of the complimentary activity in advance during the me of the booking. They will include experiences such as access to sports and recreational facilities, etc. One activity will be provided on a complimentary basis.
9. Additional services such as Accommodation, Parking Charges, Corkage, Telephone charges, cost of additional food and beverages ordered, Paid Activities, etc, at the venue are not included in this package and are to be borne by the voucher holder extra on actuals. All additional services will be charged as per normal menu rates at the venue.
10. Any additional people or children accompanying the voucher holder will have to pay full price at actuals as charged by the participating venue/resort.
11. Any additional charges with regard to the travel to and from the venue will be solely borne by the voucher holder and will be an inclusion of the offer.
12. Participating Venue / Resort cannot guarantee the availability of the experience for any additional individuals, children, accompanying the voucher holder. The voucher holder is requested to call the venue/resort in advance to check the availability for additional guests who are to accompany them and pay in advance directly to the resort/venue prior to their date of booking.
13. The voucher can be redeemed on advance bookings only. Minimum 2 days of advance booking is mandatory.
14. During booking you may be required to provide anyone form of photo identification that may be validated at the resort. Forms of ID which are accepted include Aadhar Card, Voters ID, Pan Card, Driver's license, Passport. Please ensure you carry this same form of ID while visiting the resort on redemption.
15. Particulars of visiting persons are to be provided to our booking team at the time of booking. No variation in the visiting party can be allowed once booked.
16. To avail of the experience, you will need to present your voucher at the venue upon your arrival.
17. The Days out voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer marketed by the resort or promoter.
18. We consider a venue within 200 km from the city of your purchase to be in your area. In the case that there is no venue in your area, your details will be kept on record until such a time as a venue is recruited. PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD will use reasonable endeavours to recruit a venue in your area, but if this cannot be guaranteed you will be offered an alternative which may involve a journey me of greater than 200 kilometres. Such an offer shall fulfil all promotional obligations to you.
19. In event of non-availability of the promotional venue on the requested date, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to offer alternate resorts or dates within +/- 15 dates from the requested date.
20. Participating venues reserve the right to vary their conditions of acceptance of the voucher and their normal entry conditions or restrictions (concerning dress code, minimum age, times, dates & other matters). Customers are requested to check with the venue prior to arrival.
21. The availability of venues will be highly restricted and limited during special occasions including but not limited to public holidays, Festivals, Long weekends, Elections.
22. If you fail to cancel your booking within 48 hours of the appointment, or do not show at the venue, your voucher will be deemed as redeemed.
23. Any changes or rescheduling of your bookings need to be made 48hrs. prior to the date of redemption.
24. As part of the terms of this promotion the venues/resorts do not entertain direct walk-in customers. All customers are requested to make reservations in advance via the promotional website. No bookings/bills / invoices shall be accepted via Phone/Email.

General Terms and Conditions
1. This Voucher entitles you to 3 months Movie card or Day for 2 or Sunday Brunch for 2 or Bosch Hobs at a participating Venues in select cities of India. The offer will be mentioned in the SMS communication post successful verification of your details.
2. This offer is not available to employees, Agents, Dealers, or Distributors of BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd and PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, its clients or agencies and their immediate families.
3. The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
4. The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards.
6. No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied, scanned, illegible, tampered or defaced bills/invoices will be considered.
7. Customer purchase invoice should have the customer's name and mobile number; no booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organization.
8. Only the purchases made between 01/06/2025 till 30/07/2025 (60 days) will be considered for rewards.
9. The customer will need to register the voucher within 15 days of purchase date, failing which the voucher will be invalidated and cannot be used further.
10. The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products.
11. The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only.
12. One single bill/invoice will be valid for one reward code, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice.
13. The Promotion & contest shall run on the select SKUs of Bosch Top Freezer Refrigerators, Front Load Washing Machines and Dishwashers.
14. Offer excludes Public Holidays and bank holidays.
15. Users from the State of Tamil Nadu will be eligible for the Movie for 2 reward only.
16. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circle.
17. Only one voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.
18. A maximum of one registration can be done per person, per mobile number, per email id, per invoice/bill, per household, per venue, per booking group (the group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder), per IP address during the promotion period.
19. The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher older/purchaser.
20. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
21. Participating venues reserve the right to vary the timings and offer availability. Some venues have restricted timings on the availability of the offer. Customers are recommended to call the concierge in advance to check the exact terms of the offer. In case of non-availability, we will provide you with an alternative slot or venue.
22. PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
23. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.
24. Under this promotion, the Vouchers are being offered directly by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. of BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this Voucher and the prize offered with this Voucher.
25. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this scheme, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion and without any liability.
26. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher.
27. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
28. Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, so ware, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
29. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
30. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
31. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
32. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will have no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer

Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd is free to invalidate any voucher/registration being misused (e.g., voucher being sold to any other person(s), bulk selling of vouchers or multiple registrations from same IP address) and demand compensation from the eligible customer or voucher holder under such circumstances.

Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured venues.
35. BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered by the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or by the theatres. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd marketing of such a product or service.
36. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
37. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.
